Partner prices
Per client, per month. Your client pays the recommended price (or whatever you choose). You pay less, and the more active clients you have, the less you pay for the AI agents.
AI agents
Reef: 24/7 tech monitoring
Monthly licence per client, in GBP, excluding VAT where applicable. Agent licences include running costs up to each plan’s monthly limit. Recommended price is our direct price; you’re free to charge your clients whatever you like.

“You charge” starts at our recommended price. Many MSPs bundle Reef into their own managed-service fee and charge more.
